Venue Details

• The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability.
• The venue is fitted with security staff, headquartered in the West Plaza.
• First Aid services are located in the North Plaza.
• The Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, MasterCard?, Visa?, and American Express. The Box Office Service Charge is $5.00 per ticket plus applicable parking charges.
• A full service concession facility is located at this venue. Guests may choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Beer, wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper identification.
• There are no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets.
• Items allowed in this venue include: Low profile beach chairs (9" or less from the ground), small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbooks, purses and handbags (subject to search), small (collapsible) umbrellas, ponchos and rain gear, diaper bags (if child is present), blankets, empty spray misters, fans, snack food in clear, plastic gallon-sized bag (one per person), and factory sealed bottle of water (one per person, one gallon limit). • Tickets ordered via Will Call are available to be picked up at 3:00 p.m. day of show.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Group seating may be available on a show-by-show basis. For more information, please contact the Box Office at (505) 452-5100.
• Camping is not allowed.
• For most shows, parking fees are included in the price of your ticket. The parking lots typically open two hours prior to the stated show time. Premier parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $20.00 per vehicle. You may buy your Premier Parking pass in advance online, or on the night of the show. Premier Parking spaces stay reserved until the start of the show. Your Premier Parking space can no longer be guaranteed if you arrive after the event begins.
• Disposable cameras and digital cameras may be allowed. Professional cameras with a small, medium, or large detachable lens, and video and audio recording devices are prohibited. Note: If these items are in your possession when attempting to enter the gate, you will be asked to check in the prohibited item at Guest Services. You will be able to retrieve your items upon leaving the venue after the show is over. Additional prohibited items may be included depending on show. Please call on show day for any updates.

• Smoking is allowed in designated area only.
• The Journal Pavilion offers five ATMs for our guests, located throughout the venue and behind the Box Office.
• The Journal Pavilion provides wheelchair accessible seating at every price level. Companion seats are available up to applicable ticket limit. Please specify your need for accessible seating at the time of your ticket purchase.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
• Merchandise will be for sale in the North and South Plazas throughout the performance.
• The Journal Pavilion provides assistive listening devices for guests who are hearing impaired. For more information, please call (505) 452-5100
• Items not allowed in this venue include: Camping chairs in carrying bags, laser pointers, weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives, wallet chains, fireworks, and mace), and laser pointers. • Tailgating is not allowed.
• Most shows include a Family Zone area on the lawn. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are prohibited in this area. Seating in the family zone is based on availability.
• The venue is fitted with full service restrooms throughout the facility.
• Take the I-25 to the Rio Bravo exit. Make a left on Broadway. Take Broadway three miles south to Bobby Foster Road and turn left. Take Bobby Foster Road to the three way stop and turn right. Travel up that road until you reach the Journal Pavilion. Alternate route: Take the I-25 to the Rio Bravo exit. Turn right (south) at University Boulevard. Travel south on University until you reach the Journal Pavilion.
• Summer hours: Monday and Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Box Office opens at 1:00 p.m. on show day and remains open until the headliner takes the stage.
